Can I return my order?

If for any reason you wish to return your order (or part of your order) please email us to shop@fs-baby.com within 15 days of purchasing with the following information:
• Your order number
• Whether you would like a refund or an exchange - if you wish to exchange please inform us what product and size.

After this e-mail, the product has to be sent in its original condition for the following address:

We also advise you keep your postage tracking reference until your return has been processed.

Returns postage costs will not be refund, however, they won’t be charged on re-dispatches.

Returns/exchanges of customized products and masks are not accepted.
